Indiana Children’s Wish Fund, founded in 1984, grants wishes to children living in Indiana from ages 3-18 who have a life-threatening or terminal illness.
With the average wish costing $6,000, funding is made through corporate, individuals, and fund-raising events.
“Our mission is to put smiles on the faces of Indiana children who have been diagnosed with a life-threatening illness by making a dream come true. Our children have had to fight battles that children should not have to fight. These children go through treatments that make them sick for days on end. They forget what childhood is all about. Granting their wish gives these brave children something to look forward to and helps build strength and hope for their futures.”
